Edits follow the keyboard MIDI channel. LFO rate and shape also affect vibrato. Amount: centre = off; left reverses the motion.
Shapes: sine, triangle, saw, square, sample-and-hold.
LFO destination varies by engine; WHEEL ignores the amount. FM6 envelope time: higher = longer. DRUM knobs with Alt are unassigned.
